I. LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

BILLS FOR  CONSIDERATION & PASSAGE 

1. The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2020

Shri Amit Shah to move that to move that the Bill further to amend the Foreign contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

Also to move that the Bill be passed.

2. The Bilateral Netting of Qualified Financial Contracts Bill, 2020

Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman to move that: 

The Bill to ensure financial stability and promote competitiveness in Indian financial markets by providing enforceability of bilateral netting of qualified financial contracts and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

Also to move that the Bill be passed.

3. The Appropriation (No.3) Bill, 2020

Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman to move that:

​​​​​​​The Bill to provide for the authorization of appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund of India to meet the amounts spent on certain services during the financial year ended on the 31st day of March, 2017, in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

Also to move that the Bill be returned.

4. The Appropriation (No.4) Bill, 2020

Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman to move that:

The Bill to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2020-2021, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

 Also to move that the Bill be returned.
