The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested an accused, resident of Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) in an on-going investigation of two separate cases.
The arrested accused was produced before the Competent Court, Delhi and remanded to Police Custody.
CBI had registered three separate cases and recovered three parcels related to psychotropic substance i.e. MDMA for quantity 4600 gram(approx) on a reference from Interpol regarding suspected drug parcels to India. Further investigation is continuing to unearth the larger conspiracy.
