Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

in view of the judgment rendered in WPSB No. 532 of

2021, Dr. Maya Gola Vs State of Uttarakhand and others,

decided on 04.12.2024, the relief sought for by the

petitioner has also been considered, hence, the instant

writ petition has rendered superfluous.

2) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

having been rendered infructuous.

3) As a sequel thereto, pending application, if any,
