Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with the liberty to file fresh writ petition with better particulars by collecting the data of the State where maximum crime is committed against women. Further the information, which country has the least number of rape cases, and women are more secure and what steps could be taken to secure the living conditions of woman so that they are not in a vulnerable condition in the society.
2. In view of the statement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
