Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct Title Search & TSR vetting
- Verify ownership & perform legal due diligence
- Provide legal advisory on mortgage products & compliance
- Manage risk & fraud prevention
- Draft & review mortgage documentation
- Handle client escalations & ensure TAT adherence
- Lead, recruit, and mentor teams
- Build and manage client relationships & stakeholder engagement
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-2 Years (Mortgage Lending / Banking / Business Legal Roles)
- Qualification: LLB / LLM or relevant law degree
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Non-Litigation Only
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and industry knowledge
