JUDGMENT :

(per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.) On the last date, the balance -sheet of last seven years' was given to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as, respondent no.2, says that the Arbitrator can be appointed to solve the whole dispute.

3. To this, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 says that he is also agreed.

4. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Irshad Hussain, (retired) is appointed as an Arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration will be at Haldwani.

5. The High Court will get the consent under section 11 (8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
