Proposed Revision has been filed challenging the judgment dated 29.05.2023, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.105 of 2020, filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by which, learned Judge has directed the revisionist-opposite party to pay Rs.3,500/- to his wife and Rs.3,000/- per month to his minor daughter for their maintenance.
2. Heard Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for revisionist and Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned A.G.A. assisted by Mr. P.S. Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for State.
3. Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, Advocate, has submitted that in compliance of the order dated 08.03.2021, passed by learned Judge, Family Court on interim maintenance application, revisionist is paying Rs.4,500/- per month to the respondent no.2 regularly.
