About the Internship

Sripat & Associates is pleased to invite applications for the position of Legal Intern as a part of the Summer Internship Program. As a premier legal institution in Allahabad, we are committed to fostering the professional development of aspiring legal practitioners through rigorous practical engagement.

Mandatory Practice Areas & Responsibilities

Selected candidates shall be tasked with providing high-level support to our associates. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Jurisprudential Research: Conducting exhaustive analysis of precedents, statutory interpretations, and regulatory updates.
Instrument Drafting: Assisting in the preparation and drafting of Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Misc. Applications, affidavits and comprehensive case briefs.
Procedural Attendance: Observing and documenting proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and various subordinate forums.

Eligibility

Prospective interns must demonstrate a high degree of professional ethics and academic proficiency.
Eligibility: Currently pursuing LL.B. or equivalent program from a recognized institution.
Competencies: Strong command over legal theory, exceptional analytical reasoning, and precision in legal writing.
Commitment: Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict professional deadlines.
