The counsel for the petitioner wants to place reliance on certain judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in support of his contention that despite of there being an existence of provision for the grant of injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of C.P.C., still the courts can exercise their inherent powers under Section 151 of the Act.

He may supply the list of judgments on which, he may place reliance.
