This Writ Petition was disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court by the judgment dated 14th October, 2020, directing the respondents to pay the retiral benefits, as prayed for within the time period provided therein.

The respondents had filed the Modification Application No. 8236 of 2021, seeking extension of time to comply the order of 14th October, 2020, which is opposed by Mr. T.A. Khan, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.

He prays for that he may be granted some reasonable time to file his objection to the Modification Application.

Accordingly, ten days' time is granted to the petitioner to file his objection to the Modification Application.

List immediately after ten days.
