The applicant alleging non compliance of the judgment which was rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 1st December, 2020, which was based upon an earlier judgment of 11th April, 2017, which was rendered by yet another Coordinate Bench in bunch of Writ Petitions, with the leading Writ Petition, being Writ Petition No. 602 (S/S) of 2014, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for the grant of selection grade in view of the stipulations of the Government Order dated 22nd February, 2010.
The applicant in para 8 of the Contempt Petition has contended that despite of service of the said judgment, no decision as such has been taken, till date, in the light of the judgment of 11th April, 2017.
Issue notices to respondent No.1 only, calling upon him, showing cause as to why the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act may not be drawn against him for non compliance of the judgment dated 24th November, 2020, rendered in Writ Petition No. 1456 (S/S) of 2020.
The applicant would take steps within a period of ten days from today.
The respondent No. 1 may his response within a period of three weeks thereafter.
List this Writ Petition thereafter.
