Learned Counsel Mr. Arijit Bhowmik, is present on behalf of

the petitioners and Learned Addl. GA Mr. Karnajit De, is present on

behalf of the respondents.

At this stage, Learned Counsel Mr. De, for the respondents

submitted that State-respondents have filed their counter affidavit.

Learned Counsel Mr. Bhowmik, urged before the Court to

grant an adjournment for filing of rejoinder affidavit.

Request is considered.

However, the stay order dated 14.11.2025 shall continue till

disposal of the writ petition.
