Order

[1] This application has been filed under Chapter VIII, Rule A3

(g) of the High Court of Tripura Rules read with Article 226 of the

Constitution of India for staying the operation of the Judgment and Order

dated 27.08. 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP (C) No. 197 of

2025 till disposal of the connected appeal.

[2] Heard Mr. R. Datta, learned P.P. appearing for the applicant-

State.

[3] For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the

averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, this

Court grants interim suspension of the impugned judgment and order dated

27.08.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.197 of 2025

till disposal of the appeal.

[4] In view of the above, this interlocutory application is allowed

and thus, the same is disposed of.
