Heard learned counsel of both sides.

Both the learned counsel submit that by mistake, the case

has been listed today at the motion stage, though it ought to have been

fixed for hearing. It is also submitted by them that the connected LC

record is lying with B.A. No.95 of 2025, the judgment of which is

awaited.

The error may be rectified.

Accordingly, list the matter for hearing after 2(two) weeks.
