Majumder is present.

The applicant-appellant has preferred an appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 22.02.2024 passed by Learned

MAC Tribunal, Dhalai, Ambassa in connection with case

No.TS(MAC) No.5 of 2021 and along with the appeal, there is

another application filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act for

condoning the delay of 20 days in preferring the appeal.

Considered.

This Court is satisfied with the contents of the application

filed by the applicant-appellant and it appears that there was no

willful negligence to prefer the appeal within time.

Hence, the application filed by the applicant-appellant filed is

hereby allowed and the delay of 20 days is hereby condoned.

Thus, the Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
