                               ORDER

30.11.2022

Heard Mr.S.M.Chakraborty, learned Sr. Advocate

appearing along with Mr. R.Dasgupta, learned advocate, for the

appellant namely ONGC in LA App.49 of 2020.

Mr.D.Sarkar, learned counsel is appearing for the claimant

respondent No.1.

Mr.P.S.Roy, learned counsel is appearing for the LA

Collector, West Tripura in LA App. 49 of 2020 and for the LA Collector,

Sepahijala in LA App. Nos. 2,3,5,6,7,8 of 2020.

Also heard Mr. Soumen Saha, learned Advocate

appearing for the appellant-ONGC in LA App. Nos. 2,3,5,6,7,8 of

2020.

Mr.Sarkar, learned counsel submits that he has not yet filed

Vakalatnama in this case. He has assured the Court that he will submit

the same within 7 days.

It is submitted by Mr.R.Dasgupta, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of the appellant that LA App.49 of 2020 should be

heard separately because in this matter the appeal has been filed against

the judgments and awards passed by the learned LA Judge, West Tripura

and in other matters which have been connected to this case for the

purpose of hearing, the judgments and awards have been passed by the

learned LA Judge, Sepahijala. I find force in the submission of the

counsel of the appellant.

Let the matter be heard separately. But for the sake of

convenience, the other matters may also be listed for hearing on the

same date.

List these matters on 19.12.2022 along with connected

IA(s), if any.
