O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in non taking any action against the respondent No. 5 to 7 basing on the complaint dated 6.12.2017 and 14.12.2017 as arbitrary and illegal and also contrary to the procedure prescribed under the Cr.P.C. and also contrary to the ratio laid down by the Honble Apex court and consequently directing the respondent 2 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 7 basing on the complaint dated 6.12.2017 and 14.12.2017 and also direct the respondents 2 to 4 to provide the police protection for implementation of decree and Judgment dated 3.7.2017 in OS NO.88/2014 on the file of Senor Civil Judge at Peddapally....."
2. Heard Mr.Ravi Kumar Vadlakonda, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government
Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of
action in the present writ petition no longer survives for
adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition as
infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader raises no objection to
the said submission.
5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ
petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to
costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
