                  APPEAL SUIT NO. 322 OF 2009

JUDGMENT:

Appellant/Plaintiff filed O.S.No.118 of 2006 on the file of

Senior Civil Judge, Siddipet for Partition and Separate Possession

and the same was dismissed, against which the plaintiff therein

preferred the present Appeal Suit before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for appellant submitted that the appellant

has no interest to pursue the matter. No purpose would be served

in continuing the Appeal Suit.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. No

order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
