         THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI

MACMA No.3136 OF 2019 AND MACMA No.43 OF 2020

COMMON JUDGMENT:

On perusal of the record, during pendency of the appeals,

the matters were referred to the Lok Adalat, and as per the

Award dated 11.12.2021 the parties amicably settled the matter

before the Lok Adalat.

Accordingly, the MACMAs are disposed of, in terms of the

award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in

this appeal shall stand closed.
