JUDGMENT:-

      Although the matter pertains to 2010 and it was posted

under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on

behalf of the appellant.      Hence, it is presumed that the

appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.


      Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.


      Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
