Ms. Vladimeer Khatoon, learned counsel for the appellant seeks

leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of her

client to approach the civil court for establishing the title of her client

on the subject land.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed

of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
