1. The appellant and the respondent are present in person

along with their respective counsels and they have been duly

identified by their counsels. Appellant does not wish to continue

the appeal perhaps the parties have resolved the dispute amicably

outside the Court room.

2. The application to this effect has also been moved, the same

be taken on record.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawan. The

judgment and the decree dated 13.08.2024 passed by learned

Upper Session and District Judge No.3, Bikaner is affirmed.

4. The pending applications, if any, are disposed of.
