1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners instead of joining the

issues on merits submits that the petitioners may be given liberty

to file a fresh representation before the respondent authorities for

redressal of their grievances in the light of the judgment rendered

by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in the case

[2025:RJ-JD:39371] (2 of 2) [CW-17034/2025]

of Pawan Kumar V/s State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.1000/2019) decided on 03.03.2020.

3. Considering the limited prayer of the learned counsel for the

petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to

the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities by way of

filing an appropriate representation along with a copy of the

judgment rendered by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court at

Jaipur Bench in the case of Pawan Kumar (supra) for redressal of

his grievances.

4. In the event of filing such representation by the petitioners,

the respondent authorities is directed to consider and decide the

same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from

the date of filing of such representation, strictly in accordance with

law.

5. Stay petition as well as other pending applications, if any,

stands disposed of.
