(Sharwan Kumar Vs. The Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited &

Ors.), decided on 14.02.2025, the present petition is also disposed

of as per judgment, ibid. For detailed reasons / discussion, see

order / judgment dated 14.02.2025 passed therein.

2. Accordingly, impugned transfer order qua the petitioner is

quashed with liberty to pass fresh orders.

3. All pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
