1. Grievance of the petitioner herein arises out of an order

dated 06.09.2022 (Annex.3), vide which due to the registration of

a criminal case, the petitioner was placed under suspension.

2. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order dated 21.12.2018 passed by a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No. 4276/2018 : Manvendra Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors. She submits that the petitioner is sanguine that if the

respondents consider the representation of the petitioner in light

of the aforesaid judgment, she will be meted out with favorable

treatment.

3. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on the merits

of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with

a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation (may file fresh, if not already filed) of the

petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in the case of Manvendra Singh (supra), as

expeditiously as possible.

4. It is made clear that the direction to consider the

representation shall not be construed as an expression of any

opinion on the merits of the matter.

5. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
