Order

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present writ petition has been filed with the following
prayers:-
"a. By an appropriate writ, order or directions, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioners on the post of Guest Faculty in their respective subject under Vidhya Sambal Yojna and respondent may be restrained from replacing the petitioner guest faculty with another set of guest faculty.
b. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioner in the Guest Faculty till the regular selections are held and all the vacant posts of Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the Government College filled up by the respondents under the Rajasthan College Education Rules, 1986. c. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioners as Guest Faculty in University and grant minimum pay-sclae of Assistant Professor with all consequential benefits. d. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioners in the Guest Faculty till the regular selections are held and all the vacant posts of Assistant Professors are filled up by the respondents in the respective subject upon which petitioners are working.
e. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioners and the services of the petitioners not be terminated till the Vidya Sambal Yojana is operational in Higher Education."
However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners will be satisfied if a liberty is granted to them to file an
appropriate representation before the respondent-authorities for
redressal of their grievances and the respondents may be directed
to decide the same in accordance with law while keeping in mind
the judgments rendered by this Court as well as circulars issued
by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case
such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and
decided by keeping in mind the circulars issued by the
respondents expeditiously.
In view of the submissions made before this Court, the
present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners
to file an appropriate representation before the respondents for
redressal of their grievances and in case such representation is
filed, the respondents are directed to decide the same while
keeping in mind the judgments rendered by this Court as well as
circulars issued by the respondents at the earliest preferably
within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such
representation, strictly in accordance with law.
