Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the

identical situation in a batch of writ petition led by S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.7868/2023 (Rahul Singh Chauhan vs. State of

[2024:RJ-JD:40182] (2 of 2) [CW-9437/2023]

Rajasthan & Ors), the writ petitions have been dismissed by this

Court vide order dated 20.09.2023.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed in

light of the judgment in case of Rahul Singh Chauhan(supra).
