Heard the parties.
This criminal revision is preferred against the order dated
22.03.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Banswara in
Criminal Appeal No.63/2023 affirming the order dated 09.11.2020
passed by the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banswara in
Criminal Regular Case No.392/2011.
Both the Courts below have recorded concurrent finding of
facts on acquittal of respondent No.2.

This Court has no power to convert judgment of acquittal
into conviction in exercise of revisional jurisdiction in view of bar
under Section 401(3) Cr.P.C.
Hence, the instant criminal revision stands dismissed as not
maintainable.
