Heard.

Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the appeal

arises out of common order and other appeals filed against the same

[2024:RJ-JP:40144-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-436/2024]

common order have already been decided by this Court vide judgment

dated 19.07.2024 passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.342/2024

(Gulzari Lal Versus State of Rajasthan & Others).

After having perused the order aforesaid, this appeal is also

required to be dismissed though for reasons in addition to those, which

have been supplied by learned Single Judge, as mentioned in order

dated 19.07.2024.

This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
