1. Counsels for both the parties admit that the issue involved in

instant writ petition in respect of ineligibility of petitioner, due to

not acquiring the requisite eligible qualification for the post of

School Lecturer, up to the last cut off date that is the date of

competitive examination, has already been considered and

decided against the petitioner by this Court in bunch of writ

petitions involving similar issue, leading case as Kuldeep Singh

Vs. The State of Rajasthan, S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.5773/2023 on 23.08.2023. Hence, it has been prayed that

[2024:RJ-JP:6756] (2 of 2) [CW-9751/2023]

the instant writ petition be disposed of in terms of order dated

23.08.2023 passed in case of Kuldeep Singh (supra).

2. In view of contentions made by counsels for both the parties,

the present writ petition is dismissed in light of order dated

23.08.2023 passed in case of Kuldeep Singh (supra).

3. Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay

application and all pending application/s, if any, also stand

dismissed.
