1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide her

representation in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in

the case of Kuldeep Kumar vs. State of Rajasthan : S.B. CWP

No. 2094/2019 decided on 20.07.2020.

2. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction

to the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith the copy

of judgment in the case of Kuldeep Kumar (supra) and certified

copy of the order instant.

3. In case, representation is so addressed within a period of

four weeks from today, the respondents shall consider the same,

in accordance with law.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
