The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, (First) Jodhpur by its judgment and award dated 26.5.201 1 in MAC Case No. 72412008 awarded a suin of Rs.18,15,900/- alongwith interest Q 8.5 per aimum.

U7iththe active efforts of Counsel representing the parties and the authorities of the Insurance Compaily, the controversy involved in this appeal has been settled by mn~~tual compro.1nise in the spirit of Lok Adalat. We appreciate the efforts of all concerned in settling the matter in pre-counselling. The memo of understanding shall constitute a part of the award.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 26.5.201 1 is further enhanced by Rs. 6,30,000/- in favour of the claiinant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The a~nountso agreed shall be deposited by the respondent lnsurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months froin today Fdili'ng which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced ainoullt of compensation be disbursed in terins of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award impugned dated 26.5.201 1 passed by MACT (First), Jodhpur in Claiin Case No. 72412008 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
