AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 09.09.2023 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, (Fast Track) No. 4, Jodhpur by its judgment and award dated 30.09.2009 in MAC Case No.312009 awarded a sum of Rs. 35,9151- alongwith interest @ 7.5% per annuin.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 30.09.2009 is further enhanced by Rs.25,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuin from the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amouilt of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award impugned dated 30.09.2009 passed by MACT, (Fast Track) No.4, Jodhpur in Claim Case No.312009 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.

The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
