AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 09.09.2023 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, Dungarpur by its judgment and award dated 24.08.2013 in MAC Case No. 13212009 awarded a sum of Rs. 2,25,000/- alongwith interest @ 7% per

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 24.08.2013 is further enhanced by Rs. 1,30,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall cany interest @ 7.5% per annum froin the date of this order till actual realization. 'The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claiinant(s). The award impugned dated 24.08.12013 passed by MACT, Dungarpur in Claim Case No. 13212019 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
