AWARD OF LOK ADALA'T

Date: 09.09.2023 The matter is placed before the Lolc Adalat today. The MACT, Pali by its judgment and award dated 21.05.2014 in MAC Case No. 13712013 awarded a sum of Ks.3,80,000/- alongwith interest @ 7.5% per annum.

With the consent ofthe parties, the iinpugned award dated 21.05.2014 is further enhanced by Rs. 85,0001- in favour of the claiinailt(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settleinent of the case. The ainount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent ~\>suranceColnpany with the Tribunal within a period of two inonths froin today failing which, the saine shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuln fi-om the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced ainount of coinpensation be disbursed in terins of the award in the saving bank account of the claiinant(s). The award iinpugned dated 2 1.05.2014 passed by MACT, Pali in Claiin Case No. 13712013 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
