AWARD OF LOK ADALKI' Date: 09.09.2023 The matter is placed before the Lolc Adalat today. The MACT, Pali by its judgment and award dated 21.05.2014 in MAC Case No. 14812013 awarded a suin of Rs.50,000/- alongwith interest @ 7.5% per annuin.

With tlie consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 21.05.2014 is further enhanced by Rs.15,000/- in favour of tlie claiinant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The ainount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today

-failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuin from the date of this mder till actual realization. The enhanced amount of colnpensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claiinant(s). The award impugned dated 2 1.05.2014 passed by MACT, Pali in Claim Case No. 14812013 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
