The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, Chittorgarh by its judgment and award dated 26.1 0.201 7 in MAC Case No.35912009 awarded a sum of Rs.5,54,500/- alongwith interest @ 7.5% per annuin.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 26.1 0.20 17 is further as a full and final enhanced by Rs.4,00,000/- in favour of the claii~~ant(s)lappellant(s) settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today lkiling which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuln from the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in tei-ins of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award impugned dated 26.10.2017 passed by MACT, Chittorgarh in Claiin Case No.35912009 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record, if any, forthwith.
