Judgment / Order

1. Counsel for the petitioner instead arguing the matter on

merits, made a limited prayer that the trial Court may be directed

to conclude the suit proceedings pending before at the earliest.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that suit was filed in the

year 2009 and proceedings of the suit has not been concluded so

far.

3. Taking into consideration the period of pendency of the suit,

this Court in the exercise of supervisory powers directs the Court

of Additional Civil Judge No.3, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur to decide

the Suit No.460/2009 pending before it expeditiously and

preferably within a period of one and a half year from the date of

production of certified copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stand disposed of.

5. Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay

application and all other pending applications also stand disposed.
