Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that barring the

interest component/allowances, they have been paid all of their

dues.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

petitioners shall be paid interest/allowances as per their priority in

view of Circulars of the RSRTC dated 03.11.2021 & 17.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection if the

payment of interest/allowances is made to them as per their

priority in view of the aforesaid Circulars.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is disposed of.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to get the contempt

petition revived if the priority is breached by the respondents.
