"Learned counsel for the respondents submits that compliance has been made.
None appears for the petitioner. However, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted an opportunity to rebut the aforesaid statement.

Today also, none appears for the petitioners even in the
second round.
In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
