For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the

same is allowed subject to cost of ₹2,500/-.

The orders dated 02.08.2023 passed by this Court &

29.08.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) are recalled. The SB

Civil Revision Petition No.196/2022 shall stand restored to its

original number provided the needful is done in the revision

petition and the aforesaid cost is deposited by the

applicants/petitioners with the Litigants Welfare Fund within a

period of two weeks from today failing which this order shall stand

recalled and the restoration application shall stand dismissed

without reference to the Court.
