Order

22/11/2023 The present misc. application has been preferred by the

applicants/ non-petitioners seeking correction in the order dated

16.11.2023 passed by this Court in SBCWP No.14080/2023.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed and the para no.15(B) of the order dated 16.11.2023 is

substituted by following :-

"In case any of the petitioner has failed to file the

representation, it shall be open for the petitioner who has

filed the writ petition upto 16.11.2023, by the advertisement

for the recruitment of Nursing and Paramedical Officers etc.

may file such representation within a period of 20 days from

today along with certified / web copy of this order".

Copy of judgment dated 16.11.2023 issued hereinafter shall

contain this substituted direction.

A copy of this order be placed in each file, which are decided

by this Court in its judgment dated 16.11.2023.
