Appl. Writ No.610/2023 decided on 06.11.2023, wherein the

appeals filed by the University have been dismissed.

2. In view of the submissions made, the present appeal is also

dismissed in the light of order in the case of Rajendra Kumar

(supra) & Ajaher Mohammed (supra).
