1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider

petitioner's representation, which he is filing (four weeks from

today) in accordance with law including the judgment rendered by

Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Tara Chand

Vs.Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Anr. (S.B.Civil

Writ Petition No.8810/2014), decided on 25.01.2017.

2. Mr. Shashank Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent -

Corporation submitted that petitioner's case is not covered by the

judgment in the case of Tara Chand (supra).

3. Be that as it may.

4. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present

writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to

consider petitioner's representation (if filed within four weeks from

today) in accordance with law including the judgment rendered in

the case of Tara Chand (supra).

5. In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid

period, the respondents shall consider and decide the same in

accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date

of receipt of the representation.

6. It is, however, made clear that the direction to decide

petitioner's representation has been issued only with a view to

ensure expeditious redressal of his grievance and the same may

not be construed to be a direction to decide it in a particular

manner.

7. All the interlocutory applications including the stay application

also stand disposed of accordingly.
