1. This petition was filed challenging the order of suspension

dated 02.02.2021.

2. The operation of the order was stayed vide order dated

03.03.2021.

3. Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem that during

the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has superannuated.

4. In view of the above facts, no further interference is called

for.

5. Needless to say that the petitioner will be at liberty to avail

remedies in accordance of law for redressal of surviving grievance
