1. This petition is filed seeking quashing of order dated

20.12.2016 passed by the Rajasthan State Cooperative Tribunal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon decision of this

Court passed in SBCWP No. 13513/2017 dated 22.03.2018,

wherein similar orders were quashed and matters were remanded

back to the Tribunal for deciding the matter finally.

3. On asking of the Court Shri Digvijay Singh accepts notice on

behalf of the respondent and has been supplied copy of the

petition. He fairly submits that the matter is covered with the

decision cited by the learned counsel of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of in terms of

SBCWP No. 13513/2017.
