1. Learned counsel for the petitioner-Society submits that the

petitioner-Society would be satisfied if its representation is

considered and decided by the respondents, while keeping into

consideration the order/judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Delhi

High Court on 18.10.2019 passed in Sir Chhotu Ram Jat

College of Education Vs. NCTE & Anr : W.P. (C)

No.8820/2019 (Annexure-4) of the writ petition.

2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the

[2023:RJ-JD:36895] (2 of 2) [CW-12424/2022]

representation of the petitioner-Society, while keeping into

consideration the order/judgment passed in Sir Chhotu Ram Jat

College of Education (supra) (Annexure-4) by passing a speaking

order expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law. Stay petition

also stands disposed of.
