Learned AAG has informed this Court that pursuant to the

directions given by this Court on 19.10.2023, the police and the

[2023:RJ-JD:36959-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-349/2023]

administration have informed the private respondents not to

forcibly marry the respondent No.5. It is also informed that as per

the information of the police, the corpus was not forced to marry

with the respondent No.7 on 24.10.2023.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted that he wants to withdraw this habeas corpus petition.

Hence, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
