The matter comes up on an application filed by the

counsel for the petitioner to grant minimum pay in pay scale of

Class-IV employee to the petitioner as similarly situated person

has already been granted similar benefit in view of judgment

passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9572/2006 titled

as Kanhaiya Lal Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Anr. decided on

15.02.2017.

Learned Dy. Govt. Counsel Mr.Aditya Sharma submits

that some time may be granted to complete his instructions.

Learned Dy. Govt. Counsel Mr.Aditya Sharma may do

the needful.
