exercising suo moto powers whereby, a bunch of 17 writ petitions
was allowed and the appellants herein (respondents before the
writ court) were directed to afford appointment to the respondents
and the co-petitioners on the posts of Teacher Gr.III (Level-II)
against the remaining unfilled vacancies in the recruitment
process under Advertisement dated 31.07.2018.
Shri Pankaj Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General,
drew the Court's attention towards the order dated 22.11.2021
passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Special
Appeal Writ No. 357/2021 whereby, the order dated 25.02.2021

recording separate reasons, the impugned order dated 25.02.2021
passed by the learned Single Judge is reversed and these intra
court appeals are allowed in terms of the order dated 22.11.2021
passed in D.B. Civil Special Appeal Writ No. 357/2021.
